Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Admin Manager to join a Financial Planning firm in Bradford Upon Avon.
Our client is a well established Financial Planning firm, who work closely with their long standing clients across the South West. They have big growth plans and as such are looking to expand their administration team, and are therefore looking for a manager to head up the existing and growing team. You will work closely alongside the IFA’s and have ample opportunity to grow your own career, with lots of progression potential!
Duties:
*Day to day management of the Administrators
*Allocation of work, helping to improve efficiency
*Supporting with 121’s, alongside the Office Manager
*Support with recruitment of the team, assisting with interviews and the hiring process
*Training newcomers with processes and the back office system
*General Administration duties where senior support is required

Skills and experience required:
*Experience working in a Financial Planning firm, ideally an IFA
*Extensive IFA Administration experience required
*Management of a small team, in a official or unofficial capacity
*Strong communication and organisation skills
