Location: Bristol hybrid or fully remote

Salary: £33,000-£42,000 per annum (on target earnings £41,000-£52,000)

What you will be doing
Getting hands-on with email marketing, from setting up campaigns to hitting send and seeing how they perform.
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to devise and execute paid campaigns across both search and social.
Build solid relationships with clients, keeping communication open, building trust, and really understanding what they need.
Run reports to analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise results.
Manage future budget allocation based on learnings to ensure cost-effective advertising.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and paid media best practices.
The experience you need
Experience setting up and running email marketing campaigns, with an understanding of what makes emails engaging and effective.
You’ve spent some time managing paid ads and are happy getting stuck into search and social campaigns.
It’s a bonus if you’ve worked in an agency, or have experience in the charity sector.
You have a knack for building strong relationships and excellent communication skills.
