Key Account Manager
*Annual Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 plus bonus

We are seeking a Key Account Manager with a strong background in FMCG to join a reputable and well-established sales team.
This role involves working across the UK, engaging with existing clients, re-establishing relationships with lapsed accounts, and winning new business.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management, sales, and business development within FMCG.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new clients to expand the customer base.
*Conduct regular client meetings across the UK to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
*Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
*Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
*Prepare reports on account status, transaction results, and market conditions.
*Monitor the market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
*Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
*Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
*Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
*Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Must be willing to travel extensively across the UK.
