Description
*Provide expert tax advice on mergers and acquisitions to a diverse client portfolio.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
*Manage and oversee the tax aspects of complex transactions.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering strategic insights.
*Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and policies.
*Support and mentor junior team members to enhance team capability.
*Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities for growth.
*Prepare and review detailed reports and documentation as required.
