*Lead and develop the accounting function, shaping team structure, capability and processes to support business goals.
*Improve financial reporting routines, ensuring timely, accurate outputs for monthly, annual and group requirements.
*Oversee cashflow and working-capital monitoring, introducing tools and insights that support performance improvements.
*Manage statutory reporting and audit activity, maintaining strong financial controls and driving policy, process and system enhancements.
*Support organisational change and growth initiatives, including legal entity simplification and financial due diligence for acquisitions.
Profile
A successful Accounting Manager should have:
*Fluent Spanish speaking skills are essential
*Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
*Proven experience in a leadership role within the accounting and finance department.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is advantageous.
