Permanent
£30,000 - £32,000 per annum including company car
Based across the Sussex, Surrey and Kent region

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Service Manager to join an rapidly growing business on a permanent basis.
The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of site-based teams, ensuring all staff, materials, and equipment are in place to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality cleaning services.
Your duties will include:
*Ensure sites are fully staffed and arrange cover for absences
*Lead onboarding and induction for new team members, including clearance checks and training
*Motivate, support, and develop site-based staff
*Oversee daily cleaning operations to meet contract and safety standards
*Ensure availability of cleaning materials, equipment, and (where required) client consumables
*Address and resolve day-to-day site issues, including health and safety
*Ensure all staff complete required training and maintain high compliance
*Ensure all staff actively use the provided system for attendance and rota management
*Accurately record attendance and hours worked
*Upload payroll data and resolve site-level payroll queries
*Promote safe working practices and maintain compliance documentation
*Conduct regular site checks and address hazards promptly
*Work closely with the Account Manager to achieve operational and client objectives
*Communicate updates and key messages to site teams
Key requirements:
*Experience managing site-based teams in a service delivery environment
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Commitment to operational excellence, safety, and compliance
*You must have a driving licence
