Receptionist - 3 Month FTC (Temp to Perm Potential)
Paddington | £28,000 - £32,000 (£16ph+) | 4/1 Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and personable Receptionist to join a global engineering organisation based in Paddington. Initially a 3-month contract, with strong potential to become permanent.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (4/1 hybrid)
Flexibility required for early meeting set-ups or occasional later finishes (typically every couple of weeks).
The Role:*Professional meet and greet for visitors
*Answering, screening and directing calls
*Managing visitor sign-in and security procedures
*Coordinating meeting room set-ups and event catering/lunches
*Managing shared mailboxes
*Supporting workplace health & safety processes
*Providing ad hoc support to the EA to the CEO, CFO and Board, as well as the Office Manager (including assisting with travel bookings)
About You:*Previous front-of-house or reception experience preferred
*Confident handling confidential information with discretion
*Able to multitask in a busy, professional environment
*Energetic, friendly and eager to learn
*Strong communicator who can adapt to different personalities
