A growing recruitment agency is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years’ experience to build their own desk, win new business, and manage the full recruitment cycle. If you’re commercially sharp, confident with BD, and ready for big earnings — this is the role for you.
The Role*Win new clients through proactive business development
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline
*Manage the full 360 process: sourcing, screening, interviews & offers
*Match candidates quickly and accurately to client needs
*Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
*Take ownership of your desk, KPIs and billings
About You*2+ years’ experience as a 360 recruiter with proven billings
*Strong BD and account-growth skills
*Excellent communication and negotiation ability
*Highly organised, resilient and target-driven
*CRM/job board experience is beneficial
