Executive Assistant – Private Equity
£65,000 | Office-based - Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
A highly regarded private equity firm based in the West-End of London is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and Senior Director.
This is a true business and personal support hybrid role (approximately 50/50 or 80/20 depending on business needs), so candidates must demonstrate strong experience managing both professional and private matters seamlessly.
The Role:*Complex diary management across international time zones
*Extensive global travel coordination
*Managing shifting priorities with precision and discretion
*Handling personal administration alongside business support
*Acting as a trusted gatekeeper with high standards of execution
*Supporting wider EA team and assisting with reception cover when required
Out-of-hours phone monitoring is expected when necessary.
Candidate Profile:*15+ years’ EA experience
*Long tenure in previous roles (ideally 5+ years per position)
*Strong experience supporting very senior stakeholders with complex, international schedules
*Highly organised, discreet, polished and resilient
*Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
