A well-established and modern law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ-5) to join its growing team in Edinburgh. The Role
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
*Purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges
*Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
*Examining title and managing transactions from instruction to completion
*Maintaining regular client contact and delivering a high standard of client service
*Building and maintaining relationships with referrers and contributing to business development
*Supporting junior team members where required
About you
*Qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
*Proactive, organised and client-focused
*Interested in relationship-building and business development
