We’re recruiting for an in-house Commercial Paralegal to join a growing international technology company with offices across the UK and Europe. Based in central Leeds, you’ll work at the heart of the business - supporting cutting-edge projects across technology, AI, and IT services.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the internal legal team, you’ll support across a variety of areas, including:

Assisting with the review and drafting of commercial contracts (including technology and IT agreements)

Supporting legal aspects of AI and technology-focused projects
*
Conducting legal research and preparing internal guidance documents
*
Helping maintain contract records and legal documentation
*
Providing administrative and project support to the legal function
*
Working closely with commercial and operational teams across the organisation

You’ll gain a strong mix of contract exposure, project work, and stakeholder interaction.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

A law graduate (or has equivalent relevant experience)
