The Role:

We are looking for a Vietnamese-Speaking Management Accountant to join our client. This position is crucial in strengthening financial collaboration between the UK leadership team and the Vietnam production facility. The role requires proficient business-level Vietnamese language skills and offers a clear pathway for progression as the company continues to grow in new markets.

You will work closely with both financial and non-financial stakeholders across the UK and Vietnam, supporting operational performance, financial strategy, and cross-border communication. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the UK-based Finance Lead and the CEO.

The position is predominantly on-site, 5 days per week, with some flexibility for home working or adjusted hours to support collaboration with colleagues in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
*Budgeting & Forecasting – Oversee financial planning cycles, ensuring accurate and timely budgets and forecasts aligned across UK and Vietnam operations.
*Cross-Border Stakeholder Support – Act as the financial bridge between UK directors and the Vietnamese production facility, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and smooth communication.
*Supply Chain & Production Finance – Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimise costs, processes, and operational efficiency.
*Financial Analysis – Provide insights that support commercial decision-making and drive group-wide performance.
*Reporting – Produce detailed management accounts, variance analysis, and financial models to support strategic planning and operational oversight.
Desirable Skills:
*Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
*Strong proficiency in business Vietnamese (spoken and written)
*Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain/production finance
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
*Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
*Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel
