Sales Manager – £35,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Epping

You’ll help grow a fast-rising trade show dedicated to materials, surfaces, stone and fabrication innovation. Think cutting-edge products, forward-thinking brands and a crowd of architects, designers and makers who want what you’re selling.
What You’ll Be Doing*Selling exhibition space, sponsorships and digital packages
*Creating smart sales strategies that actually work
*Spotting opportunities early and building a strong pipeline
*Securing long-term partnerships with exhibitors and sponsors
*Representing the event at industry meetups and client visits
*Working with marketing & operations to deliver an exceptional exhibitor experience
*Bringing insights and ideas that help the event grow
What You Bring*Proven B2B sales experience (events/media a big bonus)
*Confidence selling to senior decision-makers
*Strong BD skills + a natural instinct for closing deals
*Creative thinker with a commercial edge
*Self-driven, organised and energised by growth
*Interest in design/construction — or curiosity to learn fast
