Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive

What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating diaries
*Preparing documents, agendas, presentations, and reports for leadership
*Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
*Handling email inboxes, drafting communications, and prioritising messages
*Organising travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
*Supporting with planning events, team meetings, and company functions
*Maintaining accurate records, databases, and administrative systems
*Tracking deadlines, following up on actions, and ensuring timely completion
*Assisting with project coordination and providing general operational support
*Anticipating leadership needs and making proactive recommendations to improve workflow
