Warehouse Operative
Contract: Full-time, Temporary or Ongoing
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday (overtime available during busy periods)

What You’ll Be Doing
*Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
*Receiving, checking, and inspecting incoming deliveries for accuracy
*Storing goods correctly to maximise space, safety, and efficiency
*Assisting with stock control, including inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
*Processing orders accurately and within set deadlines
*Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
*Following health and safety guidelines at all times
*Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained and certified)
*Working closely with colleagues to support a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
*Flexi forklift experience is essential
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good organisational and time-management skills
*Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
*Basic numeracy and literacy skills
*Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks, including lifting and carrying
*A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude
*Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment
*Awareness of health and safety practices in a warehouse environment
