Job Description:
The Role * Provide 1:1 tailored tuition to a student with Special Educational Needs
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
* Support academic progress as well as confidence and independence
* Work closely with parents/carers and other professionals where required
* Maintain clear records of progress and adapt strategies as needed
Ideal Candidate * Qualified teacher or experienced SEN tutor
* Experience working with children with additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, learning difficulties)
* Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
* Strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
* Available for in-person sessions in Romford
