Your new role
We are seeking a Technical Support Professional to provide operational support across a range of critical applications deployed on a common platform within a secure government environment. The role involves monitoring incident management queues, performing first-line investigation, applying initial remediation, and contributing to the rollout of system enhancements and patches.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day support for a range of production IT services and critical applications.
*Monitor incident management queues and respond in line with service expectations.
*Perform initial technical triage and implement authorised remediation steps.
*Assist technical teams with deployment of enhancements, configuration updates, and patches.
*Produce high-quality documentation and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
*Support continual service improvement initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
*SC Clearance Eligible (Based in UK for 5 year)
*Logical, methodical problem-solving approach.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including: *Word
*PowerPoint
*Excel
*Teams
*SharePoint
*OneDrive

*Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes.
*Background in supporting production IT services.
Desirable Skills
*Experience with Remedy incident management system.
*Experience with SharePoint On-Premises configuration and support.
