* Manage utilities billing processes by liaising with suppliers and tenants to ensure timely and precise invoicing.
* Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date records and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
* Oversee accounts payable functions including processing invoices, managing payment runs, and maintaining supplier relationships.
* Collaborate closely with property managers and other internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing relevant schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
* Utilise property management accounting systems such as Yardi or JD Edwards to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
* Respond promptly to queries from tenants, suppliers, and colleagues regarding financial matters related to properties under management.
* Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations for transactions as required.
* Contribute to process improvements within the finance function by sharing ideas for greater efficiency and accuracy.
