Job Description:
NEW – Commercial Litigation Partner
This is a unique opportunity to join the disputes team at this highly regarded central London boutique.
You will have experience of:
*Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including arbitration, breach of contract claims and shareholder disputes among others
*Non-equity leadership and management
*New business development
*Mentoring juniors members of the team
*NB: a small following is required
The Firm:
*Established, stable and solvent
*Industry sectors include – financial services, cross-border corporates, smaller PLCs, family businesses and HNW individuals
*Collaborative and hybrid working
