An established consultancy firm is seeking an Administrator to join their Customer Success team. Supporting with customer engagement and revenue collection, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, collaborative, social and friendly team. This role could lead to a permanent opportunity.
The role:
*Responding to enquiries via e-mail and on phone-promptly and professionally
*Managing subscription fee communications, providing clear explanation about pay and invoicing structure
*Chasing unpaid invoices
*Improving data accuracy across systems
*Support customers in understanding their account status and resolving billing issues
*Merge, cleanse, and maintain customer data to ensure records are accurate and aligned on the system
The ideal candidate:
*Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
*Confident handling queries and objections that may arise from calls
*High level of customer service
*Can do attitude
*Confident speaking on the phone and face to face
*Enjoy working in a team
