Job Description:
Corporate Finance Partner – Manchester
Exclusive Mandate | Strategic Growth Appointment
Meraki Talent has been exclusively engaged to appoint a Corporate Finance Partner to lead and build a new Corporate Finance offering in Manchester for an established, full-service Chartered Accountancy firm.
*This is not a replacement hire.
*This is a strategic growth mandate.
The Opportunity:
The firm has an established, profitable UK-wide practice with a strong partner group across audit, tax and advisory. Manchester represents a key growth market, and Corporate Finance is the missing strategic pillar.
You will be appointed to:
*Build and lead the Manchester Corporate Finance function
*Shape service delivery across M&A, fundraising, valuations and due diligence
*Develop a regional presence aligned to the firm’s national ambitions
*Create and grow your own team, portfolio and long-term platform
The Platform:
*Established brand and national reputation
*Existing partner base and cross-referral infrastructure
*Office presence already in place
*Strategic appetite to invest in growth markets
*Support from audit, tax and advisory teams to drive deal flow
You will not be building in isolation.
You will be building with leverage.
The Mandate:
The incoming Partner will:
*Take control of Corporate Finance strategy in the region
*Drive origination and execution across mid-market transactions
*Develop long-term client relationships across the North West
*Influence board-level growth decisions within the wider firm
This is a leadership role with real influence.
What’s in It for You:
*Partner-level base salary (competitive six-figure)
*Performance-led bonus structure
*Meaningful equity participation
*Autonomy over direction and team build
*Clear control over your own P&L
*Entrepreneurial environment without corporate bureaucracy
*Long-term upside aligned with growth of the Manchester office
This role offers control, equity, and the ability to shape something material, not managing an inherited portfolio.
Who This Suits:
*An existing Corporate Finance Partner seeking greater autonomy
*A Director/Senior Director ready to step into equity
*An individual motivated by building and leading, not simply operating
