What you’ll be doing:
*Advising customers on the full range of mortgage and protection products
*Generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Coaching and supporting estate agency colleagues to boost performance
*Playing a key role in branch meetings and contributing to team success


What we’re looking for:
*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with proven experience
*Skilled at generating new business and building strong client relationships
*Exceptional customer care with the ability to deliver tailored solutions
*Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-focused
*IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
*Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
