Investor Relations/Services Manager - FTC
Location: London
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations/Services Manager to support a growing fund and ensure the smooth delivery of client servicing, regulatory processes, and marketing operations within the Investor Relations function.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage relationships with third-party marketers, transfer agents, and fund administrators.
*Oversee core regulatory tasks, including passporting and key investor documentation.
*Serve as a primary contact for client queries, onboarding, RFIs and RFPs.
*Support platform onboarding and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
*Contribute to marketing materials, client reporting, and CRM updates.
*Assist with investor outreach and broader marketing activity.
*Prepare internal updates and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.
About You
*Strong UCITS experience is essential.
*Background in investor servicing and Investor Relations.
*Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
