Job Description:
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently looking for an Interim Finance Manager to join a business based in South-East Bristol for a 6-month fixed term contract.
This role is Hybrid and has free parking available.
Job Title: Finance Manager
Duration: 6 Months (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: South East Bristol
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office, 3 from home
Start Date: End of March/beginning of April 2026
Money: £55,000 - £65,000
Role Overview - Finance Manager
*Supporting the Bristol site, with exposure to both UK and international operations
Key Responsibilities:
*Monthly reporting: journals, transactions, first-draft management accounts, schedules and balance sheet reconciliations
*Year-end support
*Assisting with forecasting of statutory and group accounts
*Ensuring compliance with IFRS, in line with group accounting standards
*Review accounting transactions for AR, AP, Payroll, Inventory, and bank transactions
*UK and EU payroll management
Open to qualified by experience/studier or ACCA/CIMA qualified - Relevant experience is the priority
