Job Description:
Junior Social Media Executive
Our Client is a London-based food innovator dedicated to revolutionising the UK snacking landscape. The company operates with a start-up’s agility and a commitment to transparency, moving away from clinical health marketing in favour of bold, globally inspired flavours and accessible quality.
As our clients signature food product continues to scale rapidly into major retailers like the Co-op and various independent health stores, the Social Media Executive will lead the brand’s digital evolution. The role involves managing a high-energy, "sticky" brand personality that is unapologetically fun and visually striking. With a core focus on sustainability through home-compostable and recyclable packaging, the brand offers a rich foundation for a creative storyteller to build a loyal community around the idea that healthy snacking should be the most exciting part of the day.

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients brand’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of food culture, digital trends, and audience engagement, and can turn everyday food moments into compelling content that builds love for the brand.

*Stay updated on food trends, social media trends, memes, and platform updates

*Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
*Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
*Experience working with influencers or creators
*Understanding of paid social campaigns is a plus

What We Offer
