Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious B2B organisation to recruit a commercially focused Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing delivery across two international cosmetic brands.
This is a hands-on, execution-led role suited to a marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking accountability for results.
The Opportunity
You will lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across two established international exhibitions, driving visitor acquisition, supporting exhibitor engagement and ensuring marketing activity directly contributes to revenue growth.
One of the exhibitions is in an exciting growth phase, offering genuine career development as the brand scales internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver multi-channel visitor and exhibitor marketing campaigns
* Own campaign timelines and ensure on-time delivery
* Manage segmented email marketing and CRM communications (Salesforce or similar)
* Oversee paid media activity across Meta and Google Ads
* Liaise with external agencies (SEO, digital performance)
* Interpret campaign data and optimise for performance
* Manage website updates via CMS
* Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events (including international travel)
* Collaborate closely with sales, exhibition and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in a well-rounded marketing role
* Strong campaign execution capability (this is not a strategy-only role)
* CRM and email segmentation experience
* Paid media exposure (Meta essential, Google Ads advantageous)
* Comfortable working with data and reporting on insights
* Confident stakeholder communicator
* Able to work at pace, particularly in the run-up to live events
* Experience within exhibitions, events or B2B environments advantageous
Travel
International travel is required approximately three times per year (3-5 days per trip). All travel expenses are covered and time in lieu is provided for weekend travel.
