Fresh Produce Team Leader I am currently looking for a confident, hands-on Team Leader to join a fresh produce operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and knows how to get the best out of a team.
Key Responsibilities * Lead and motivate a team within a busy fresh produce environment

* Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety

* Support planning, harvesting, grading, and packing activities

* Maintain high standards of product quality and hygiene

* Communicate effectively with management and wider operational teams

What We’re Looking For * Proven glasshouse experience - this is essential

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team

* Good understanding of fresh produce processes and quality standards

* Organised, proactive, and comfortable making decisions under pressure
