People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an FLT Reach Truck Driver, offering excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 – 14:00 / 07:00 – 15:00 / 08:00 – 16:00
Rates of Pay
• £14.22 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers using FLT equipment
• Completing handball duties and assisting with container loading
• Moving and transporting stock to correct warehouse locations
• Organising, wrapping, and securing stock ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Clearing work areas and keeping traffic routes free from obstruction
• Reporting faulty equipment, damaged racking, or safety hazards to management
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
Essential Skills
To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need:
• A valid Reach Truck licence
• Good knowledge and understanding of health and safety
• Reliable time-keeping and punctuality
• Ability to read and speak a good level of English
• Strong spatial awareness
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
