The role will focus on the IT market within the UK and Europe. They need someone who is results driven, ambitious and confident to succeed in a fast paced environment.


The Role
You will be part of a team working covering the UK and European regions. With the support of your manager and trainer you will start learning and mastering how to find, qualify, interview and present top candidates. The next step of your career will be to start building long term relationships with big international companies around the World and you will learn on how to take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, from business development to resourcing.
You will become a recognised specialist in your sector and you will be regarded as one of the best consultants in your area.
As you move up the ladder you will have the opportunity to mentor and then lead a team of consultants, passing your knowledge and experience through a structured training program.
