Our client a leading non for-profit organisation are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead and deliver a portfolio of impactful programmes based in West London. This is a leadership role responsible for shaping programme delivery, driving performance, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability, stakeholder management expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide leadership and oversight of multiple programmes and projects
*Develop and implement programme plans aligned with organisational objectives
*Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams
*Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, funders, and local partners
*Monitor performance, risk, and impact, ensuring high standards of governance and reporting
*Drive continuous improvement and innovation across programme delivery
About You
*Significant experience in programme or portfolio management at senior level
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building ability
*Strong analytical, reporting, and governance knowledge
*A strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
Desirable
*Experience working within the public, charity, education, or community sector
*Knowledge of the West London landscape and local partnerships
