This position is ideal for a graduate with industry experience or career changers who are passionate about a future in financial services.
Initially focused on financial administration and supporting a Senior Adviser in a mentor/mentee capacity, this role encompasses a structured development path leading to a Financial Adviser position on completion of qualifications and competency sign-off.
What to expect:
A structured pathway from Financial Associate to a fully qualified Financial Adviser within 18 months.
Fully funded exam support toward LIBF or CII Diploma and Chartered status.
On-the-job learning, including client meetings, prospecting, suitability reports and financial administration.
1-to-1 mentorship from experienced Advisers.
Work and learn alongside our experienced Administration, PA, Paraplanning and Operations Teams.
A guaranteed basic salary which steps-up as you progress through the programme.

Role Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
•Strong commitment to pursuing a career in financial advising.
•Drive to complete all relevant Advisory examinations with CII or LIBF within 12-18 months.
•Excellent analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent, professional communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in an administrative or financial role is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience working within professional services is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Eagerness to undertake professional qualifications in financial planning.
• Proficiency with standard office software and financial planning tools.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration:
• Develop and demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of the end-to-end financial administration process.
• Support financial advisers in preparing client documentation and financial plans.
• Manage client data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualification and Training:
• Study and complete necessary financial qualifications (e.g. Level 4 Diploma with CII or LIBF)
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars as part of self-motivated ongoing professional development.
Client Engagement:
• Develop the skills to effectively source new clients and develop client relationships in a way that adds value and helps to achieve their financial goals.
• Develop skills in client communication and relationship management under supervision from a Senior Adviser mentor.
• Respond to client calls and emails and provide administrative support to Senior Advisers.
Compliance and Ethics:
• Adhere to regulatory standards and company policies throughout training and client interactions.
• Uphold the principles of integrity and professionalism central to our firm and the network.
