Job title: Senior Town Planner

I’m currently working exclusively with a highly respected, independent planning and development consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Hampshire.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious planner who wants to work on high-quality, commercially focused projects while being part of a collaborative, close-knit team with genuine progression opportunities.
The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects including:
* Residential and mixed-use developments

* Commercial and employment schemes

* Strategic land promotions

* Urban regeneration projects

You will manage your own caseload while supporting Directors on larger schemes, with real exposure to clients and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities * Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

* Managing projects from instruction through to determination

* Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation

* Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and clients

* Supporting business development activities

About You * MRTPI qualified (or working towards)

* Experience within a consultancy or private-sector environment

* Strong report writing and project management skills

* Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence

* Full UK driving licence
