Job Description:
Internal Sales Administrator up to £30,000 + Free parking
My client a well established company based in North Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a fully office based role working full time.
You will be required to work within a small team supporting the Sales Manager with enquiries and assisting to develop leads for the business.
You will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
*Answering inbound customer enquiries
*Making outbound calls to lapsed and potential customers
*Researching new customers
*Answering customer queries and sending out product information
*Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
*Following up on live quotations
*Researching and qualifying new leads
*Staying up to date about competing products and services
*Sending out e-shots and mailshots
*Assisting the marketing department at Head Office
To apply you must have
*Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
*Good IT skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent customer service skills
