Job Description:
Immediate Start – Payroll Officer
We’re recruiting for a Payroll Officer to join a leading, UK-wide organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations and play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience.
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office, Stratford-upon-Avon)
The Role
*Manage high-volume, end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and full HMRC compliance.
*Work closely with external payroll providers to ensure seamless processing.
*Resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
About You
*Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a high-volume environment.
*Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll compliance.
*Experience liaising with external payroll providers.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.
