The company

Our client is a UK real estate development and investment business delivering large-scale, mixed use projects in partnership with institutional investors and JV partners. You will join the The Commercial Finance team as a Senior Financial Modeller, playing a key role in supporting major investment and funding decisions.

Role & Responsibilities

You will work within Commercial Finance providing specialist modelling support to the Development function. This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:

*Maintaining and enhancing complex development appraisal models
*Running sensitivities and scenario analysis to support decision-making
*Analysing and explaining movements in key financial metrics for Board and JV reporting
*Supporting cashflow forecasting and liquidity analysis
*Partnering with Development, Construction, Finance and Debt teams
*Contributing to budgeting, reforecasting and process improvements

What you need
*Strong financial modelling experience using best-practice principles
*Background in property development, real estate or a capital-intensive sector
*Advanced Excel skills
*Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
*Ability to communicate complex financial outputs clearly
*Confident stakeholder engagement skills
