Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing regional law firm based in Barnsley.
This role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
*Sales and purchases of business premises
*Agricultural land transactions
*Sale and acquisition of both registered and unregistered land
*Commercial landlord and tenant lease matters
You will have:
*4+ years PQE in commercial property
*Strong technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
*The ability to commute to the Barnsley office
