Sales Representative
*Location: Gorleston
*Salary: £25,000 basic / £40,000–£55,000 OTE (top earners £80,000+)
*Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00, Friday 07:30–11:30 (34-hour week)
*Work Pattern: 4-day working week with full pay + early-finish Fridays

The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships with international clients and thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, confident, and eager to develop within global media sales.
Key Responsibilities
*Sell advertising space, sponsorship packages, and digital media solutions across multiple global industry sectors.
*Utilize automation tools to manage inbound leads, warm prospects, and increase selling time.
*Build and grow a portfolio of international clients, focusing on strong opportunities across the US market.
*Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and email outreach with decision-makers worldwide.
*Understand client needs and tailor advertising packages accordingly.
*Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of client campaigns.
*Accurately maintain CRM activity, pipelines, and forecasting.
Key Requirements
*Previous B2B sales or media/advertising experience is advantageous but not essential.
*Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers globally.
*Target-driven mindset with resilience, ambition, and a proactive approach.
*Ability to manage a busy pipeline and prioritise effectively.
*Comfortable working independently and remotely if desired.
*Interest in global industry sectors such as food production, sustainability, marine, technology, or energy (full training provided).
