Are you an experienced transactional finance professional looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and friendly team?

We’re recruiting a Finance Assistant to join a busy and well-supported finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where your experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable will be highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Processing invoices and payments (AP & AR)
*Supporting month-end activities
*Reconciling accounts and resolving queries
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Supporting with a US, French and German Purchase Ledger
*Using Excel and D365 to manage transactional data

What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in transactional finance (AP/AR)
*Experience with multi-currency ledgers
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to hit the ground running
*Technical proficiency in Excel and D365, SAP Concur (or similar systems)
*No formal qualifications required - just relevant experience
