Job Description:
Robert Half is supporting a leading provider of healthcare services, supporting both public and private sector organisations across the UK. As part of a growing and forward-thinking organisation, you’ll be joining a team dedicated to delivering excellence and efficiency in everything it does.
The business is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support the growing finance function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has a strong eye for accuracy, and takes pride in keeping financial processes running smoothly.
Working closely with the accountant and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
What You’ll Do * Prepare customer sales invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

* Process supplier invoices from receipt through to posting, including handling pre-payments where required.

* Manage travel expenses and staff reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

* Oversee the daily management of the centralised finance mailbox, ensuring all correspondence is appropriately filed and processed promptly.

* Collaborate closely with finance team members to provide general administrative and accounting support.

* Contribute to the smooth running of office operations and take on ad hoc finance-related tasks as needed.

* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar finance or accounting support role

*Hands on ERP system experience ( Dynamics 365 Business Central advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

*Organised, dependable with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
*Positive, pro-active team player with excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills including Excel, Microsoft Office.

This role is offering hybrid working with the requirement of being in the office in Manchester city centre.
