Reward Analyst
Location: Leicester (hybrid working)
Salary: Competitive + car allowance + bonus
Contract: Permanent
The Opportunity
We are supporting a large, multi-site manufacturing organisation to appoint a Reward Analyst into their Group People function.
This role is deliberately positioned as a development opportunity for an ambitious Reward Analyst or Senior Analyst who is looking to progress into a Reward Manager role. You will gain strong exposure across core reward activity while working closely with senior stakeholders, giving you the platform to step up.
The role is highly analytical and delivery-focused, working with complex reward data to support fair, competitive and compliant pay practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Support annual pay and bonus review processes
*Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluation analysis
*Perform National Minimum Wage compliance checks
*Produce gender pay and broader pay transparency analysis
*Build and maintain reward datasets and dashboards
*Partner with HR and Finance to support reward decision-making
*Provide insight to improve pay equity and reward effectiveness
*Support wider reward projects as required
About You
*Proven experience in a Reward Analyst / Compensation role
*Strong Excel and data analysis capability
*Experience with pay benchmarking and job evaluation
*Good understanding of UK reward compliance (including NMW and gender pay)
*Keen to develop toward a Reward Manager position
*Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
*Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
*Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
