Imperium Financial Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established and growing Corporate Insolvency Firm who are seeking an experienced IVA Case Reviewer to join their specialist team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IVA professional looking to further develop their career within a corporate insolvency environment, offering strong long-term progression and exposure to a varied and dynamic caseload.
The RoleAs an IVA Case Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing IVA cases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practice. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting risk management across the firm’s insolvency portfolio.
Key Responsibilities*Conducting detailed compliance and quality reviews of IVA cases
*Ensuring cases adhere to regulatory and statutory requirements
*Reviewing case documentation, proposals, variations, and annual reviews
*Identifying risks, errors, and areas for improvement
*Providing feedback and guidance to case administrators and operational teams
*Assisting with internal audits and compliance monitoring processes
*Supporting continuous improvement of internal procedures and quality standards
*Liaising with Insolvency Practitioners and senior management where required
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience working within IVA case administration or IVA compliance/quality review roles
*Strong understanding of IVA regulations, protocols, and industry standards
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
*Ability to identify compliance risks and recommend solutions
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
*Experience within corporate insolvency is advantageous but not essential
