A fast-growing global manufacturer in the consumer products sector is seeking an ambitious International Business Development Manager to drive new business across international markets. This role focuses on international sales, export development, market entry, distributor acquisition and high-value commercial deals.

The Role*Identify and target new international markets
*Build and convert a strong global new-business pipeline
*Acquire and onboard new distributors, resellers and commercial partners
*Develop proposals, bids and tenders for high-value international contracts
*Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
*Represent the business at international trade shows and events
*Report on pipeline growth, performance metrics and new business wins
Essential Experience*Proven success in international business development
*Strong track record in export sales and market entry strategy
*Experience managing international distributor and reseller networks
*Excellent negotiation, closing and relationship-building skills
*Skilled in generating and converting international new-business pipelines
*Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
*Willing and able to travel internationally
Desirable*Exposure to OEM/ODM procurement
*Strong commercial awareness and cultural understanding
