Job Description:
Asset Management Assistant needed in South East London Paying £20 per hr ref OR23338
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
*Support the collection, inputting, and maintenance of asset and property data.
*Assist with stock condition surveys, compliance checks, and data audits.
*Help prepare reports, asset registers, and performance information for managers.
*Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and internal teams to obtain accurate information.
*Provide administrative support to the asset and compliance teams.
*Help monitor programmes such as planned works, servicing schedules, and property inspections.
*Ensure all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
