Job Description:
Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next job where you can work closely with advisers, develop your technical skills and play a key part in delivering high quality financial planning advice. In this role, you will support the advice team by producing accurate and compliant suitability reports, carrying out research and contributing to the preparation of financial planning recommendations. You will be involved in tax, IHT and cashflow considerations, helping ensure each case is technically robust and tailored to client needs. As the team continues to grow, there will be opportunities to become more involved in technical work, process improvements and broader project activity.
Paraplanner Duties
• Prepare suitability reports and financial planning documentation
• Conduct product and provider research
• Support advisers with tax calculations, IHT planning and cashflow modelling
• Check data accuracy and ensure all cases meet compliance requirements
• Assist with improving templates, processes and planning workflows
Paraplanner Requirements
• You should have Paraplanning experience within a regulated financial planning or wealth management firm
• You should have Level 4 Diploma qualified or close to achieving
• You should have a strong understanding of report writing and financial planning processes
• Desirable Experience with cashflow modelling systems
• Desirable Progress towards Chartered status
