The Role
You’ll take the lead on a wide range of commercial conveyancing matters, with the option to undertake work in company/commercial, litigation and/or employment law. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse commercial practice and advising business clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Conveyancing (Core Focus)
*Handling sales and purchases of commercial freehold and leasehold property
*Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenant)
*Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
Company / Commercial (If Experienced)
*Share purchase agreements
*Business sales and acquisitions
*Shareholder agreements
*Company restructures
*Advising on directors’ duties
Litigation / Employment (If Experienced)
*Settlement agreements
*Advising employers on disciplinary and grievance matters
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE (flexible depending on experience) OR an experienced non-qualified fee earner
*Strong background in commercial conveyancing
*Additional experience in company, litigation and/or employment law is advantageous
*Confident in managing your own caseload independently
