The Role
This is a commercial, client-facing position where you will:
*Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
*Win new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
*Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
*Advise clients on hiring strategy and market trends
*Negotiate fees and close deals
*Work towards and exceed revenue targets
