The role

*Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion


*Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity


*Working closely with clients, agents and lenders to ensure smooth, proactive progression of matters


*Using modern case management systems to streamline processes and reduce admin burden


*Being trusted to run your files with autonomy, while still having senior support when needed

*An experienced conveyancing fee earner, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or solicitor
