An experienced Senior Project Manager is required to join a reputable South London construction consultancy delivering large residential and mixed-use developments. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects up to £100m and will play a key leadership role within the team. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers a Senior Project Manager the chance to take ownership of major schemes while contributing to the strategic growth of the South London office.
The Senior Project Manager’s role The Senior Project Manager will:
* Lead full project lifecycle delivery

* Develop project briefs and execution strategies

* Oversee procurement and contractor appointment

* Administer JCT Design & Build contracts

* Monitor financial performance and risk exposure

* Chair design and construction meetings

* Liaise with clients, funders and key stakeholders

* Manage project governance and reporting structures

* Mentor junior Project Managers

* Ensure quality assurance and compliance

The Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager will have:
* 7+ years’ consultancy experience

* MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (essential)

* Strong residential or mixed-use project portfolio

* Proven leadership experience

* Excellent commercial acumen

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
