*Senior People Advisor (Interim – 3–4 Months)
*Central London | 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH
*£200–£250 per day

Resourcing4HR are actively recruiting an experienced Senior People Advisor to join our nationwide client on a 3–4 month interim contract whilst they are recruiting the role on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys partnering closely with managers to drive best practice.
The Role:
As a trusted People partner, you’ll provide high-quality, proactive HR support across multiple sites and business areas (including both onsite and remote teams). You’ll be comfortable operating independently, managing your own caseload, and advising managers with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing full end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
*Advising on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
*Independently handling low-level employee relations casework
*Coaching and upskilling managers on people management practices
*Supporting a multi-site, multi-business workforce
*Maintaining accurate HR data and reporting via HR systems
Key Background:
*Experience working within a multi-site, multi-business environment
*Strong understanding of remote and onsite working challenges
*Solid experience across the full employee lifecycle
*Confident managing low-level ER cases independently
*Good working knowledge of UK employment law
*Proactive approach to staying up to date with legislation
*Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
*Able to prioritise and manage conflicting demands
*Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
*Level 3 CIPD qualification (or currently working towards - desirable)
