What we’re looking for * Experience working within a practice environment

* Ideally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), but study support is available if you’re still on the journey

* Strong finance business partnering capability

* Confident, credible face-to-face stakeholder engagement

* Naturally excellent communication skills - you can explain the "why," not just the "what"
